The ARRL's Board of Directors approved their proposal
to find ways to encourage the growth of digital. That
is an agenda, or mission, if you will.
Next up, the empaneling of a group of guys by the
unelected ARRL President, Jim Haynie. He picked these
people without any published criteria to ensure that

mission, and that the work would be carried out in a

people are understandably concerned about this group's
work, at a time they represent only 20 percent of the
licensed Amateur population.
