[AMRadio] Scopes

I just use a general-purpose oscilloscope.  The "RF sampler" is a length of
RG-174 with about 3/4" of the shield removed from one end & then stuck
through a cabinet hole near the PA in my Valiant. The resulting 
capacitive probe works fine & is cheap to boot.
