[AMRadio] Oscillator Filament Voltage change and frequency drift

I had a similar problem and solved it by making a voltage doubling
rectifier (from Heathkit SB-102 LMO power supply) from the filament
supply .Then you can use an adjustable regulator or Zener diode for
regulation.
