The point is, Bob, is that there -are- no "Am Windows" set forth 
somewhere in any law, or rule.  The only thing that the ARRL recognizes 
'officially' is that the AM calling frequency on 75m, is 3.885Mc.  From 
there on, *wherever* 'Fone operation is allow, AM is allowed, as well.
