[AMRadio] Bandwidth Petition Withdrawn

I thought that they had already made a statement on this
and withdrawn it a while back, and still tried to maintain that 
they were right even though they didn't get their way!

If that IS what they said then it would seem to be an 
incredibly arrogant attitude after such a silly mistake.
