[AMRadio] 6CA7/EL34 replacements

I think the ones from Eastern Europe are ok, I dont like the
tubes from China or Russia.
I have Russian 811's and the bases are loose, plate caps the
wrong size, etc.

I have some KT90 tubes made by EI that have been great.
