[AMRadio] 40 meter AM freq

For about a year I have not heard anything on 40M except during contests.
Not even the SWBC stations.

Un that last couple of weeks I have been hearing the SWBC stations below 40M
and in the 7200 -7300 segment. That tells me that the propagation is
improving.
