My posting of Mon 16-Dec-13 14:59 titled "Re: Trouble brewing ..." contains
the following error:

The power formula stated above should have read: P = Voltage squared / R.
Power is proportional to the square of the voltage. Therefore, doubling the
signal voltage at the detector output is the effect of a four-fold increase
in sideband power. Sorry if this caused any confusion.
