That appears to be a knockout punch which are in trade sizes, not actual
sizes. Knockout punches also have a larger diameter draw bolt. You should
look for the Greenlee (or Pioneer) punches for radio chassis. I don't
believe they are manufactured anymore so a good place to look for chassis
punches are on eBay.
