In the 1st edition of the book, the index says "AM (amplitude
modulation), 25, 95, 96, 315". The 2nd edition Index doesn't show it this
way but AM (maybe along with other modes) might have been rolled into one
of the other catagories. No direct mention of "zero beat" in either
