[AMRadio] Oil filled capacitors

I have a BC-610I and a T-213 that are both from the '40s and one went 
through Depot in '59.

Neither one has any issues with their oil filled caps.

The R-390As have one on the IF module from the '50s and they still read 
good.

I've only seen one from '43 develop a leak.
