You wont know unless you test them. Some were made to mil spec and others 
just looked that way.

Time to get a good cap tester that can test at rated voltage.

Can anyone tell me anything about Pyramid brand capacitors? I am working on 
a receiver that is full of them. They look like Vitamin Q capacitors. Are 
they reliable or prone to leakage? I'm not sure if I should get rid of them 
or not. From the age of this receiver, it looks like someone removed the 
black beauties in the '50s or '60s and replaced them with these Pyramids.
